Muhammad Laeeque Khan was born in Shikarpur, Sindh on April 12, 1956. He has been elected for his first term as MNA on a MMAP seat. He is politically affiliated with JIP.
A professional labour office, his educational qualification include an LL.B in 1978 from University of Karachi. He has remained a member of Jamait Al Falah since 1999, President of Orangi Sudhar in 1980 and General Secretary of Public Aid Committee District West since 2000.
